Privacy and confidentiality matter to ioBuilders. This Privacy Policy explains how ioBuilders processes the personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Act 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD). This policy covers personal data collected through the website. Personal data processed in connection with ioBuilders products and applications is governed by the specific contractual terms of each product.

We process the following personal data, obtained directly from you:
- Data you provide through the contact form: full name, company or organisation, and contact email address.
- Technical data generated by your browsing: IP address, device and browser data, and interaction with the website, collected through cookies and hosting logs (see the Cookie Policy).

We do not use your personal data for any purpose other than those stated above.
04. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement, and with public authorities where legally required.
Our main processors are:
- Netlify, Inc. (website hosting), under a data processing agreement that includes the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Google LLC (website analytics, Google Analytics 4), where you consent to analytics cookies.
05. International data transfers
Some of our providers are located in the United States, which means your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
- Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, adopted by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795.
- Netlify, Inc. processes data under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

06. Retention periods
- Data from the contact form: kept while your request is handled and, afterwards, for the period needed to meet any legal obligation or to address potential liabilities.
- Analytics data linked to your identifier: kept for 14 months or, as applicable, the maximum retention available in Google Analytics 4.
- Cookie lifetimes: as set out in the Cookie Policy.
07. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may exercise the following rights over your personal data:
- Access: obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy of it.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: request deletion of your data where it is no longer necessary.
- Restriction: request that we limit the processing of your data.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format, or have it sent to another controller.
- Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent: withdraw at any time consent you have given, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to legal@io.builders, indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document where needed to verify your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) if you consider that your rights have not been respected.

Taking into account the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, as well as the risks to the rights and freedoms of individuals, ioBuilders has put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security suited to the risk, in accordance with the GDPR. These measures are reviewed and updated as needed.
09. Changes to this Privacy Policy
ioBuilders may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal changes or changes in how the website works. The version in force is the one published on the website. Where the change is significant, we will make it visible on the website.
